Taxes & Import Duties Policy
Orders are priced in U.S. dollars and ship from China using a duties-paid cross-border service. Import duties are included; U.S. state sales tax is handled separately.
U.S. sales and use tax
Product prices do not include U.S. state or local sales tax unless a tax amount is displayed at checkout. As of the effective date, FXGDS does not add U.S. state sales tax to orders on this store. If our collection obligations or checkout configuration changes, any tax we collect will be shown as a separate line before payment.
A state may require a purchaser to report and pay use tax when a seller does not collect sales tax. Your obligation depends on your location and circumstances. FXGDS cannot provide personal tax advice.
Import duties, tariffs, and clearance fees
Because products ship from China, U.S. Customs and Border Protection and other authorities may assess duties, tariffs, taxes, merchandise processing fees, or other import charges. Carriers and customs brokers may also charge brokerage, advancement, disbursement, storage, or handling fees.
Do not assume a low-value shipment is duty-free. U.S. treatment of low-value imports has changed and can change again. The amount, if any, depends on current law, country of origin, product classification, value, shipment method, and carrier procedures.
Duties included for U.S. delivery
For standard U.S. orders placed on this store, FXGDS or its logistics partner arranges import clearance and pays applicable U.S. import duties, tariffs, import-related taxes, and standard customs-clearance or brokerage fees. These costs are included in the product price and shipping charge shown at checkout. The recipient should not normally be required to pay an additional import charge at delivery.
This duties-included commitment does not include U.S. state or local sales or use tax, payment-provider currency-conversion fees, optional services requested by the customer, storage caused by the customer’s failure to respond, or extra charges resulting from an incorrect address or customer-requested routing change.
If a carrier requests an import payment
Do not refuse the parcel or pay an unexpected import charge without contacting us first. Email support@fxgds.com with your order number and a copy of the carrier or customs notice. We will work with our logistics partner to resolve the request. If we authorize you in writing to pay a covered import charge to avoid delay, we will reimburse the authorized amount after receiving a valid receipt.
Payment currency and conversion
Checkout is in USD. PayPal, your bank, or your card issuer may apply its own currency-conversion rate or cross-border fee. Those charges are imposed by the payment provider and are not received by FXGDS.
