These Terms & Conditions govern use of the FXGDS website and purchases made through devshop.fxgds.com. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Store operator and eligibility
FXGDS is an online brand operated from Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. The store is intended for customers in the United States who are legally able to enter a purchase contract. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the store only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Product information
We try to present accurate descriptions, photographs, dimensions, compatibility, availability, and colors. Screen settings, lighting, production tolerances, and packaging updates can cause minor differences. Images showing projected effects are illustrative; brightness, size, focus, and appearance vary with ambient light, distance, angle, and surface.
3. Safety and proper use
- Do not look directly into the illuminated lens or aim it at another person’s or animal’s eyes.
- In a vehicle, use the projector only while safely parked. Do not use it while driving, obstruct the driver’s view, distract road users, or violate local vehicle-lighting rules.
- Keep the product dry and away from excessive heat. Use only a compatible USB power source and follow included instructions.
- This electrical product is not a toy. Children should use it only with responsible adult supervision.
4. Prices and availability
Prices are displayed in USD and may change before an order is placed. For standard U.S. delivery, applicable import duties and standard clearance costs are included. U.S. state sales tax, if applicable, is separate and will be shown at checkout. Promotions may be limited, changed, or ended. We may correct obvious pricing, description, or availability errors. If a correction affects an accepted order, we will contact you and offer the choice to accept the correction or cancel for a refund.
5. Orders and contract formation
Your checkout submission is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgment only confirms receipt and does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, shipping restriction, obvious pricing error, sanctions or legal compliance, or misuse of a promotion. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled amount.

Payments are processed by PayPal or another method displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize the applicable charges. Payment-provider terms and fees may also apply.

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, interfere with checkout, scrape the site in a manner that burdens the service, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
9. Intellectual property
The site design, text, graphics, product names, logos, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to FXGDS and protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal shopping only. No rights are granted except the limited right to access and use the store in accordance with these Terms.

If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, or other content, you grant FXGDS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and adapt it for operating and promoting the store, subject to our Privacy Policy. You must have the necessary rights and must not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly stated on the product page or required by law. These Terms do not exclude implied warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FXGDS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from use of the site or product. For claims arising from a purchase, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses reasonably arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these Terms. This does not apply to ordinary consumer claims relating to a product purchase.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller’s principal place of business, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the consumer’s residence. Before filing a claim, please contact support@fxgds.com so we can try to resolve the issue. If it cannot be resolved, either party may bring a claim before a court or tribunal that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
15. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. The Terms in effect when an order is placed generally govern that order. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.
