FXGDS wants customers, including people with disabilities, to be able to browse products and complete purchases independently.
Our approach
We aim to improve the store in line with generally recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort and this statement is not a certification that every page or third-party component fully conforms.
Measures we use
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls where supported.
- Text alternatives for meaningful product images.
- Readable color contrast, visible focus states, and responsive layouts.
- Clear headings, labels, error messages, and checkout structure.
- Periodic testing of important shopping and checkout paths.
Third-party content
Some features, including PayPal payment interfaces, are supplied by third parties. We do not fully control their accessibility, but we welcome reports of barriers and will help identify an alternative way to complete a purchase where reasonably possible.

Email support@fxgds.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Tell us the page address, the task you were trying to complete, the assistive technology or browser used if relevant, and the problem encountered. Please do not include passwords or complete payment-card details.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility messages within 2 business days and will work toward a reasonable solution.
