Does OrbitGlow work in every car?

OrbitGlow uses a standard 5V USB-A connection. Use a USB car adapter if the vehicle does not have a built-in USB-A port.

Does one projector include all four projection designs?

No. Each projector produces one fixed white-light design: Star Field, Black Hole, Saturn, or Galaxy. Choose the design when ordering.

Can the Duo Pack include two different designs?

Yes. The Duo Pack lets you choose each projector separately, including two different designs or two of the same design.

How do I focus the projection?

Aim the flexible neck at a ceiling or wall, then rotate the lens until the image looks sharp.

How long does delivery to the United States take?

Orders are usually processed in 1 to 3 business days. Estimated U.S. transit time is 7 to 14 business days after processing, with tracking when available.

Are U.S. import duties included?

Yes. Standard U.S. delivery uses a duties-paid service. Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown separately at checkout.
